{you better sit down for this one.}

Did you know...

that

Gussy loves colorful, textured buttons?

And,

She loves to shop for them,

too?

WARNING: Gussy has a lot to say. And show.

Last night I successfully completed the 30 Day Shred program. My final thoughts? It is an amazing program and each week I continued much success with losing inches. At week 3 I had lost 3.25". I couldn't complain. I measured myself a week ago and was down an inch or so. Muscle mass. UGH ;D I have yet to do a final measure. Maybe in the morning? That would be good. I need to keep a solid record of stats.

Ya know, statistics.

The main reason why I love Shredding is because it keeps my body feeling good. Personally, I don't think I'm seeing the results I'd like to, but I know that I at least feel way, way, waaaaaaaay better. I will continue to do level 2 and level 3, switching back and forth. I also think I'm going to do the unthinkable: running. Eww.

I just had a little shiver thinking about it. I feel like my muscles + lungs can handle that now.
We'll see.

Last night I believe God was giving Gussy a little bit of humor. I knew it was Day 30 and deep, deep, deep, deep, deep, deep down in my heart there was an itty-bitty part of me that didn't want to Shred. However, two seconds into the workout my little cousin came over and she decided it would be fun to sit on the couch and watch. Apparently watching someone experience pure agony is fun? Still not sure on that one.

So, as I was Shredding, 'lil cuz kept saying:

Wow, that looks easy.

That looks fun.

That looks hard.

I can't do that. Mmmmm.

Then, she decided it was time to join me in the fun. I believe I was doing rock star jumps {where you stand tall and have to jump off the ground as powerful as possible and essentially kick yourself in the derriere} and again, she spoke.

Those look easy. But it looks like you're having a hard time.

Umm, yes, sweet child. That is correct.

One clue could be that I wasn't even able to respond to her. Again, she joined in the workout. As a quick side-note, I don't believe 7-year-olds should Shred. I'd also like to say that 23-year-olds shouldn't Shred, but... I can't. Dang.

Back to my story. We were rock star jumping and 'lil cuz starting saying, Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! in between jumps. All the while I thought, That is an interesting word to use. I've never, ever once in 30 days thought to use the word fun. Clue #1 as to knowing I'd never use that word while Shredding was when Jillian said, Chop Chop to me.

Yikes.

Actually, I really wanted 'lil cuz to explain to me which part was "fun", but again, there was no time for talking.

I hate doing things that don't let me talk.
Poor Gussy.

Only the LORD knows how I was able to complete the program. But, that is old news by now.

I completed 30 Day Shred!!!

YEAH, GUSSY! :)

Topic change.

Today, my friends, was a super successful day in the land of the Sweat Shop.

Go ahead, look at what I made:

See? So successful. I got really far on 9 wallets & coin purses.

And I have 2 wallets almost done.

They need magnetic snaps, a button, and then to be sewn up.

I went to show Zack my work and he told me that it was officially time to start selling GUSSY door-to-door.

He said that with my ability to whip 'em out we needed to come up with a bigger plan.

Oh, OK.

I hope he meant HE would be selling them door-to-door. Suddenly I find myself so extremely busy that I just can't be found outside the home. Have pity on me, OK?

;)

Earlier today, at the post office, a clerk asked if I had any employees. I laughed, but that was after I realized she was serious. I told her that I didn't, that I'm a control freak and I like to do everything myself.

Except hard, laborious work. Like selling door-to-door, of course.

Or, like mowing the lawn, grilling, and killing spiders.

Last topic change.

I had a sale the other day. I asked the buyer how she found my Etsy shop and she told me she looked under Shop Local.
Yeahhhhh! Did you know that feature was available? I love that about Etsy! Go ahead, type in your home town. I'll wait ;)

See ya around town, Sassy Floral Wallet.

{Shred update with pics. I'm crazy!}

Peer pressure.
Yes, it still exists.
Unfortunately.

Recently, I Tweeted
this:

Then Daniella replied with:

So I sent her this:

And now... well... I'm afraid I have to show some pictures. Gus is a girl of her word.
{Good LORD, what have I gotten myself into?!??!}

I started 30 Day Shred on Tuesday, May 12. I have bypassed 3 days because I believe in quality over quantity. Instead of working out 7 days a week, I do 6 days. It's my choice, BUT, it's also not what the program says to do. I don't want to be blamed for anything. DANG, I DIGRESSED. PS. I take every Friday off as a,
Good job, Gus! celebration. Anyways, I am on Day 22 I believe...

And, hmmm... I can't think of anything else {surprisingly} to stall with. So here's the nitty gritty:

******************

BEFORE Shredding:
Picture taken May 2, 2009

My face is chubby, my stomach/waist/hips are full. Yikes. I need to post this picture on our fridge. No wait... no I don't. No need to
lose my appetite ;) Just shrink it. AHHH icky
a;jsfg;oaiuerp5iq ;dfksgjha;
^ that is me
feeling grossed out.

Look at my chin, and the lack of definition:

AFTER Shredding for 22 days:
Picture taken June 5, 2009

I have no clue what I'm doing with my eyes/mouth/whatever. Look at the side profile, folks. That's the focus here. I couldn't take any accurate pictures of my front.

My stomach right above my pant line is sooooo much smaller. The chubb on my hips is ALMOST gone.

NOTICE MY CHIN!!!
My chin that is attached to my sassy mouth {kinda attached, right?} is a lot more defined.
Scroll up and check...

Are you back?

See?

Happy Gus!

That's all there is to see. Stop staring, move right along.

See ya later! :)

{30 Day Shred UPDATE-A-ROO}

Morning, friends!

Last night I finished Day 18 of 30 Day Shred. Many miracles have happened since I started -- three weeks ago -- but Gussy is going to try pretty hard and keep her cool.

AWW, what the heck. This is a blog for sewing, Gussy stories, and EXCITEMENT!

I have a few funny things to share. First of all, I never knew my entire body could break out into a ridiculous sweat at one moment. I mean, my body has really become a united force these last few weeks. Everything is working in sync. Every part is friends. Again. The world continues to spin 'round. The second thing I learned, since starting Level 3 last night, is that Level 3 is really not for fun & games. Level 1 rocked my evening. I loved it. Jillian and I laughed every minute. That is 20 laughs, if you're new to this workout/blog. Level 2 I laughed only a few times. I was disappointed, to say the least.

OK, fine, I was angry a few times.

However, since starting Level 3 I have realized immediately that there just isn't time for a laugh. While Gussy is trying SO HARD to stay coordinated, my body is trying to catch a breath. Or fifteen. {Gussy is the brain/mouth of me, my body is the rest of me. Just to clarify.}

Alright.

Whew.

Oh shoot, I just recalled the one {and only} moment in the workout where I laughed. Jillian wasn't holding her weights where she should have been {Gussy is pretty observatious. And I just made that word up.} So, I called her out. Of course I was talking to myself/the TV, but immediately after I spoke she laughed. I just know she heard me ;)

What point is next?

Three or four. Let's assume I'm on point three.

Thirdly, the 30 Day Shred program is, and correct me if I'm wrong, the second time in my life where I've had to shut my mouth for a predetermined time period. In fact, Level 3 has actually silenced all sass. It is just too hard to do anything but sweat like a beast.

I wrote about the first time back in January when Zack's out-of-town family just left our house:

Tuesday, January 13, 2009
"I'm taking that as a very nice way of saying, Thanks for visiting guys, because my wife put the Sass in the closet for four whole days and it was like a breath of fresh..."

What I'm trying to say is that Shredding has allowed -- err, forced -- Gussy to NOT be a Gussy. I'm sure there is someone in this house that has appreciated the silence. Zack?... Yes?

I remember many times as a child being in the van, about to go on a lengthy car ride, and before we even left the driveway my Dad would say, OK, Maggie, no talking until we get home.

Ahh, it was so difficult!!! :) And while I'm sure he was joking {because the LORD knows I can't be silent for more than 10 minutes}, I'm sure there was a small, maybe 70%, part of him that truly wished for some silence. And now I'm sure he misses it since I'm married and out of the house :(

I believe it's now time for some stats. That is statistics, for short.

Since last week...

Bust 38 - lost 1.0"
Waist 31.75 - lost 1.25"
Hips 38.75 - lost .75"
Thigh 23.75 - gained .25"
Calf 15.25 - lost .25"
Upper 11.75 - gained .50"

total lost: 3.25"

So. Incredibly. Awesome.

If you have not bought 30 Day Shred yet, and want to lose some serious inches, please, please buy it. It retails on her website for $9.99 -- such a steal! And, I hear Target sells it. If only I've been to Target lately I could confirm this for real. Sigh...

As a side note: I'm already dreaming up another contest in which you can win BIG in my Etsy shop...

PS. I'll post the 20% off winner SOON! :)

{2 week update: Shredding}

I'd like to quote my mom here.
As she would say when something awesome happened...

Awwwwwww, SNAP!!!

Most of you know that I've been following Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred program for, oh, two weeks now. In just one week I saw some amazing results and was proud to announce that I lost a total of 1 inch from my entire body. {If you haven't tried out this DVD, GO BUY IT!!! It is killer.}

However, another week has sweated by Gus and although I am not enjoying Level 2 as much as I enjoyed Level 1 {Hey, it all can't be fun & games, right? Bummer.}, I have worked super hard. I guess you can say I traded some frequent laughs for frequent exhaustion. But whatever. :)

I promised myself, and Zack, that I would follow through with this. ANYWAYS {Gus, get on track!!!}, I am here to share another amazing update. I'll just get right down to the nitty gritty with you all because I can't quite believe it myself... and I want it published in writing!!!!

In two weeks, this is how my body has changed:

Bust - lost .25"

Waist - lost 1.5" {YES!!!}

Hips - lost .25"

Thigh - the same

Calf - lost .25"
Upper arm - gained .25" {this has gone down .25" since last week}

Total inches lost: 2.25 -- holy amazing! :)

Last week I measured myself and I had lost a total of 1 inch. This week I have lost ANOTHER 1.25"! I truly can't believe it. I want to believe it, because I feel the inches lost, but it seems too good to be true. I'm more than ever excited for our anniversary weekend in two weeks. OK, 12 days to be exact.

This morning -- let me use another quote -- Zack said, Man! You're legs are butt are looking better than ever.

Uhhhhh, ha ha ha. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Gus!!!

C'mon, give me a high-five :)

Happy Tuesday friends :)

{no title. shredding is taking all things from me, literally}

I'd like to write this post with a little letter that resembles a 7th grade love note:

Dear Jillian, Although your popular workout, 30 Day Shred, has proved to be so full of results, tonight we aren't on good terms. I truly had a wonderful day with hubbs. We relaxed at the house for the morning and afternoon, then decided to not be Ikea virgins anymore and ventured to Canton, MI to tour their amazing warehouse. I mean store of "I want..."

Anyways. Once we spent four hours there we decided to go home. Maybe this was because I was starting to sound like a whining 4-year-old instead of an almost-24-year-old, but that is besides the point. The point here is that I was so tired when we got home that I did not want to work out. Not. At. All.

However, I did.

Go ahead, you can smile.

However, I did not smile {or laugh} during your workout. Tonight was Day 2 on Level 2 and it was pretty tough. I believe it was harder than Day 1 on Level 1. That is saying something.
However {again}, I completed the 20 minute workout with more 30% sass than I've ever experienced in my life. Not only were my legs on fire, but I have a strained muscle in my hammy, my hair is a hot mess and I could hardly breathe.

Also... I found no humor in this workout. Which is sad. I typically enjoy your jokes.

Chop, Chop!

To end things on a positive note I would like to thank you for the loss of bulk in my face {I sure am lady-like, huh?} and for the slimmer body. Today I tried on a skirt and could ALMOST zip it up after three years of not wearing it. So that was a nice feeling.

Love,
Gussy

PS. See you tomorrow night.

PSS. I'll give you
one smile. But that's all. Remember, your workouts are minimizing my bust.

OK, that's enough "pretty" for Gus. She's just too tired.

{30 Day Shred update + more}

Well folks, it's been over one week since I started the 30 Day Shred workout program. Recently, after working out, I feel horrible. My stomach has been the main issue. Initially I thought maybe it was because I ate something bad. However... now I'm starting to wonder if it's because my abs are getting some serious attention??? Maybe??? I hope that is the reason, because I can live with that. And, if that's the case, then my eyes have not been deceivin' me -- things sure are lookin' good :)

Another update is that I have worked out for 8 days straight. I am super proud of myself for that -- because it is a major accomplishment. GO GUS! Ha ha.

A third update would be that after working out we eat dinner... Well, most times. In a perfect world that is what happens. That has caused me to become full pretty fast. By pretty fast I mean half way through my dinner I say, I'm full, and then look at Zack like he should say, Eat three more bites Maggie. But he doesn't. I suppose that is a good thing? Stop when you're full, right?

Right.

I'm really having a hard time figuring out when I should advance to Level 2 on the DVD. Do you have suggestions? Experience on this? I'd love to hear your thoughts...

Also... I saw the opening blips {I'm not sure what else to call them} last night and I kind of cringed at a few of the upcoming movements in Levels 2 and 3. They look tough. But then again, so does Jillian :)

Like I mentioned earlier, I have done the Level 1 workout 8 times now. GUSSY IS A PRO. Almost. Sorry... he he. Let me start over. I have done the Level 1 workout 8 times now. Every time I watch it there are a few parts that always make me laugh:

C'mon. Chop, chop, {Jillian is telling the other girls to get up off the floor.}

And the other:
Your neck is not invited to this party.

I'm hoping Zack is getting as much of a kick out of this as I am, because every time she says those funny lines I seriously laugh out loud. And, {of course there is more to say} at the end of the workout Jillian says something like, Great job! That's it for Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. And every time Gussy says, Thanks! I figure what better time to talk to myself when someone is "talking" to me, right? :)

OK, it's now time for a numeric update.
The part you've been waiting for this entire time, but didn't realize it until now.

In one week this is how my body has changed:

Bust - lost .25"
Waist - lost .5"
Hips - the same {I thought they went down but I guess the tape measure lied. DANG!}
Thigh - the same
Calf - lost .25"
Upper arm - gained .5" {yikes!}

Total inches lost: 1 -- yippee!

I suppose seeing an improvement in 4 of 6 areas is good, right? I'm trying not to expect too much too soon. Jillian has me all excited with this lost 20 lbs. in 30 days thing. I'd just be happy with 20 inches lost combined! Ha! That'd be somethin'!

Gus whats to know: What types of changes have you made this week?

PS. Zack recently told me, Maggs, that jacket is looking big on you. It's not so filled out anymore.

And to correct any possible damage to my self-esteem/hurt feelings he said, But don't worry. It's still full of sass.

Oh good! Whew!

Awww... my man knows me so well ;) ha ha!!! I secretly think Zack prefers the 30%/70% ratio because let's be honest... it makes life more fun. I mean, what other wife can be witty in a flash all the while sporting a cute smile? Not too many people! Maybe that is you? If so, I'm glad you're here. Sooooo glad.

Another thing Zack told me recently was that once the 30 Day Shred was over I could buy 2 new pairs of pants, 2 new shirts, and 1 new dress. That is great, because all I need are two outfits for the week. Just because I work at home and are most often glued to my sewing machine, I do go out in public on a daily basis! He has good intentions though :)

PSS. I didn't really think this post out in advance which is why I keep saying, And, and Also, and Another. Things just keep coming to mind.

Gussy has a lot to say.

Have you been to my Etsy shop recently? Have you seen I am up to 70 sales?! That is so incredible. Although it is late in the day, no appropriate word comes to mind to show off how grateful I am for this recent... umm... recent change in my career? Is career the right word? I suppose I'd say so. I mean, it is paying the bills, and I am so happy, and I am incorporating my two majors into my life ON A DAILY BASIS! :) I remember just a short while back when I was at four sales. Man, that seems like light years ago. OK, fine, it was January 15th.

Who knew back then that Zack's invention of The Sweat Shop would become an appropriate statement?

Clearly my hand is not raised.

Who has time to raise an arm when there is ironing and zipper-sewing to do?

{weekend recap}

Oh, gosh. This weekend went by way too fast.

Way. Too. Fast.

Friday evening, once my MOH {Maid of Honor} left, I sewed away like a little Gussy that could. I had a lot of time to make up ;) Then I took a break, did my 30 Day Shred workout, showered, rented a DVD with the hubbs, and... crashed early! I was so tired we decided to watch the movie another night. Zack suggested watching it in bed but I knew that would be a silly idea! Oh, and dinner was served at one hour or another.

Saturday I enjoyed a morning of SLEEPING IN! By sleeping in, I, Mrs. Wake-up-at-7-a.m., slept until 9 a.m. It felt great! However, I would have really enjoyed it if my brain didn't wake up every half hour starting at 7. But aside from that, no complaints :) There weren't any lunches to pack, no make-up to put on... just a nice, relaxing morning. I was enjoying my daily cup of coffee, reading some blogs, when Z suggested instead of going to Chipotle for lunch I have my hair highlighted at the Douglas J Aveda salon.

ALRIGHT! Sounds great!
, I told him.

Are you confused on why we'd eat out {or get highlights} when we're trying to save 3 gajillion dollars? {Remember the transmission issue?!?!} Well... we decided maybe a week ago to set some major goals for ourselves. At X we'd go out to eat. At Y we'd go to another restaurant, and at $3 gajillion, I mean Z, we'd go to a super fancy restaurant {and hopefully I'll be wearing my new dress}. The point is to reward ourselves after some serious cash saving. Key word: CASH! So instead of going to Chipotle, where I could honestly eat at every day of my young life, Zack, my super great husband, offered that I head to the salon.

OK!!!!!!!! :)

I do remember him saying, Babe, I think we would both benefit from that. It's OK... Then he flashed me a big smile. How could I turn that down?!?! The smile, I mean.

While it is sacrificial to save, save, save right now, I can only imagine how great it will feel to not owe a bank money in the future had we put this unexpected expense on credit. It's hard to say "NO" to things that are pretty and cute at the store, but I tell you it is so much better to be disciplined about it. Besides, that is what goals are for. Little rewards along the way keep us going strong! :)

Once I was done at the salon {and my roots were fixed with just a little extra less blonde} I met up with Zack and his uncle. We ran some errands around town, headed back to the house where again, I sewed for a few hours, and then our cousins came over and we babysat them at our humble abode. They are so cute! It was great hearing Zack play with them and the things that came out of his mouth when talking to them. He's going to be a great dad some day :) I'm very blessed.

Saturday night came and went; still no movie. I guess it's good that Blockbuster lets you keep it for an extra week before you get any late charges? We'll probably be thankful for that amenity this upcoming week... ha ha.

That brings us to today -- Sunday! Zack and I tried out a new church and really enjoyed it. The message was amazing -- it was focused on 1 Corinthians 5:13 and it was jam-packed with bible verses. I loved it! After church we went to the grocery store {something we love to do together -- honest! :)} and enjoyed a healthy lunch at home. I did a bunch of work for my Etsy shop ---
  • prepped materials for a handful of Ruffle Gus wallets and Mini-Gus coin purses to re-stock my shop
  • prepped materials for a new clutch
  • prepped materials for a couple custom orders
  • finished a custom order
  • drolled over my new Heather Bailey fabrics. You'll see what I'm talkin' about in a few days...

See? Not only does sewing take a lot of work, but it takes a lot of time! Hopefully I'll be done prepping for the rest of the week. Or at least until Thursday?

Once I put my iron away and packed up my fabric {soooooooo hate doing that} I whipped together dinner: Tortellini, thick Pepperoni slices and a rich Basil & Tomato sauce. It was so yummy. We cleaned up dinner and then it was time for my 30 Day Shred workout. Ahhh, I felt like such a slug. It was horrible! HORRIBLE! I feel good, conscious-wise, that I worked out but that is about it. Maybe it was the unnecessary peach gummy rings I consumed this weekend? Too much sugar??? I blame it on the cousins coming over, LOL!

No blaming! I'm kidding.

But in all honesty, I do feel like poo. I'm trying to focus on the half inch I have lost so far from my hips. And the amazing humor Jillian will {hopefully} bring to workout level 2. Tuesday night I'll be moving up to that new level of intensity. Woot!

Focus on your new dress, Gus...

Keep your chin up, Gus!
A half inch lost in just four days... C'mon GUS!

Alright, that is all I have on Shredding and sewing.

I was humbled when I came across this blog post written by Kara. You'll just have to click on the link to find out why :)

And now I'm going to crash for the evening...

Monday is always a busy day in the Sweat Shop ;)

{BIG NEWS, big news}

Hello blog readers! Hope your Friday was as lovely and relaxing as mine was. My Maid of Honor, Jess, came to visit Thursday night to Friday afternoon. It was amazing for a lot of reasons. Here, let me make a list:

  • Her first words upon arrival were, Hey Zack. Glad to see you're doing the dishes. I thought it was a cute moment :)
  • She is officially certified as an Athletic Trainer {Central Michigan University graduate, like myself!}. Prior to getting certified, I've allowed her to practice massages on me over the years we've been friends. Last night she gave me AN HOUR LONG MASSAGE! I couldn't believe it. Dreams do come true, ha ha! :) Thanks again, Jess!!!
  • I got to sleep in. Well, I did wake up and make Zack's lunch for him {hello, wife-of-the-year award?!?!}, but since Jess was here Zack took our car to work and I immediately crawled back into bed for a quick nap. OH MAN, IT WAS GREAT!
  • Jess and I had some fun plant-potting time outside. Remember how I have a green thumb?! Right.
  • I am officially a healthy-lunch lover. Friday's lunch consisted of home-made hummus {recipe thanks to MckMama} and carrots, creamy black bean salsa and pita points, and a slice of honey ham with a slice of Colby-jack cheese. And two large glasses of water. See? Didn't I do a great job? Told ya ;)

And with that final bullet I now want to share something ELSE that is AMAZING!!!

Are you ready for the news?

Ready?!

Not quite? OK, I'll count down:

3...

2...

1...

I have ALREADY lost .5" from my hips!!!!!!!

During the workout I kept thinking, Man, this is getting easier. My pal Jill was right. During the 1 minute circuit of push-ups I could feel that my stomach was tighter. When it was time to do the side lunges with arm lifts I could actually use BOTH weights. I have 7 lbs. hand weights so for some of the exercises I have only been able to use one. BUT NOT TONIGHT!!! I am seeing some really encouraging progress. It is such a highlight.

I also noticed that certain circuits were getting easier while some were starting to hurt more. I'm OK with that. I'm taking it that some muscles are getting stronger where others are becoming strong. See how I'm able to put together a positive sentence when talking about working out? Ohh, I'm soooooo funny ;)

Zack told me that the stronger I get the more calories I'll be able to burn when working out. THAT was some encouraging news, too. Goodness, all this to share and it's only been four days.

WOOTY woot woo...

See, this is why I am excited to workout. Aside from hearing Jillian say, Sorry, there are no modifications to a ______ is what brings Gus back every evening.

Hey Megan, from SunshineMeg, I remembered another funny comment from the DVD: Jillian is demonstrating how to do a proper crunch without straining your neck and she says something to the effect of "... remember, use your core strength only... your neck is not invited to this party."

Ahhh, ha ha ha. I love her humor.

Because it's only been four days I measured just my hips. I am really looking forward to re-measuring myself in a week, which will be Tuesday evening. Three more days until I can get out the tape measure and check everything else!!! :)

PS. I picked out this dress as my GOOD JOB, Gus, prize. Once I complete 30 Day Shred I'll be ordering this lovely, sassified number:

Francesca has 25 days to get it back in stock...

{Dear Shred, you are the best thing that's happened to me since I began loving chocolate...}

Good Morning!

What's that?

Oh, you wanted to know how my 30 Day Shred workout program is going?

IT IS FREAKING AWESOME AND I SERIOUSLY LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT.

AND I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST TYPED THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really. I am loving the program. I just completed workout day 3 and I am feeling good.

Here are a few {or a lot, because I am Gussy} reasons why I've fallen in love:

1. Jillian is hilarious.

2. Example: She said, "...she's quite literally kicking herself in the ass" when one girl was demonstrating kick backs. I truly LOL'd. I've never LOL'd during a workout tape before. I've never worked out to a workout tape, to be quite honest, because I was born in 1985 and DVDs were an immediate form of technology.

3. Jillian said, "there is no way to modify a jumping jack. If I can get 400 lb. people to do it, you can do it, too."

4. "Now we're going to do a basic crunch. Again, there is no way to modify this," she says. I don't know why I find this so funny, but I do.

5. Just when I want to quit Jillian says, "If you want to see results fast you have to do the work." Or something similar. Because I've done this all of three times now and I wholeheartedly listen to her because what else am I supposed to do while I'm working up a sweat...?

6. I workout at night. So, the morning after day 1, I woke up and surprisingly wasn't that sore. I think that was only to trick me into doing it again. It worked. Then day 2 came, and again, not too sore in the AM. However, day 3 has passed and while I'm seriously feeling great and experiencing some neat results I am now suffering from The Workout Wrath. OUCH. But I'm hooked. And that is all Jillian wanted, right?

Right.

7. BUY 30 DAY SHRED!!!!!!! DO IT NOW. YOU WILL LOVE IT. And your new body.

OK, that's all the time we have folks.
Thanks for reading ;)

PS. I'm only on Workout 1 {there are two more}. I wonder what other funny things Jillian will say. Guess you'll have to stay tuned in and find out! :)
